Once the drum lifter is correctly secured to the forklift you can approach an Australian pallet laden with 205L drums and lift each drum individually without disturbing the other drums on the pallet. This drum lifter is suitable for smooth surface areas such as concrete warehouse and workshop floors but due to it’s gravity operational lifting system it’s important that they are not utilised in rough floor surface areas such as gravel yards which the bumps could cause the spring mechanism to release the drum.
