Expandable Conveyors with Rollers

Expandable conveyors are a highly versatile manual handling solution which are used in a large range of applications mainly in warehouse and distribution center applications. Although you still need at least 3 rollers to be touching a carton at any one time, these conveyors can be expanded out to suit the application you are operating on and condensed again for space saving.

Whilst you can connect these together for a large run of expanding conveyors, they are generally utilised as part of an overall system of modular conveyor systems (which are built using adjustable legs, 3m frames and individual rollers) or often even an electric conveyor to help automatically control and drive the speed at which your items move through your conveyor line. Whilst in a modular system you can get 90 degree corner bends or ball transfer tables, another major benefit of this expandable system is it’s ability to bend specifically to the angle that you require.
