Medium Gravity Feed Carton Flow Racks

Gravity feed carton flow racks are ideal for operations looking to run at peak efficiency. These units are used in Kanban processes to help ensure continual supply of parts to your manufacturing, assembly, maintenance or picking operation.

The Gravity Flow System

As the carton closest to the font of the gravity rack is depleted this is removed and the row of full cartons then slides to the front ready to continue. Replenishment cartons can then be added to the rack at end of shift or by personnel not working on pick/ pack face. This auto replenishment cycle means there is no down-time mid shift due to the lack of goods and can also help in tracking stock and stock cycles. This gravity flow rack is also available with castors allowing the unit to be moved around the workspace as required.

Customise your Gravity Feed Roller Racking System with Lane Dividers

Lane dividers are available to help cartons remain in correct line – Each shelf comes standard with a lane divider on both ends of the shelf to prevent items falling off the sides of the shelf. It is recommended that at least two rows of dividers are under a carton on the gravity flow rack at any one time.
